Annual Meeting of the Association
When: 3rd Monday in October at 7:00 pm.
Where: Gordon Russell Middle School.
The annual meeting for all homeowners of Bullrun Townhouse Association. Attendance is highly recommended. At these meetings you will vote to elect your Board of Directors. Also, if there were to be a special assessment, this is when the vote would occur. Board members also will give you an update of the previous years operations. If you can't be there, make sure to fill out your proxy vote and hand it to a homeowner, board member, or the manager before the meeting!
